Members are represented by a Board of seven directors, one from each of the seven districts that make up the cooperative's service area.
Each year the membership elects a director from two or three districts on a rotating basis. Directors are elected to a three-year term.
Interested in Serving on the Board?
In 2025, there will be two (2) director positions up for election to serve a three-year term. Districts up for election in 2025 include districts 3 & 6. To be considered for a director position at Oakdale Electric Cooperative, interested members must request a Nomination Petition Form.
Completed Nomination Petition Forms must be submitted by 3 p.m. on December 20, 2024 to Oakdale Electric Cooperative headquarters.
