NOTICE OF JOB POSTING
Position: Information Technology Specialist

Oakdale Electric Cooperative (OEC) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Information Technology Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the Cooperative's information technology systems including the network hardware and software applications, PC's and other system hardware, and other data and voice communications systems to ensure efficient operation that is consistent with the goals and objectives set forth by the cooperative. The IT Specialist also provides technical support and guidance to staff to maintain optimal productivity across all departments.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- At least two (2) years of professional experience providing IT support and/or administering business technology systems.
- Certifications such as Windows Systems Administration, CompTIA Network+, VMware Certified Tech, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.

NOTICE OF JOB POSTING
Position: Journeyman Lineworker
Date of Posting: March 19, 2026

Oakdale Electric Cooperative (OEC) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Journeyman Lineworker. This position is responsible for providing members with reliable electric service through the efficient construction and maintenance of power lines while upholding the highest safety standards.
The selected individual must live within 16 air miles of the cooperative’s headquarters located in Oakdale, Wisconsin and would be required to be available for after-hours standby.
The cooperative may administer skills testing and/or assessments.
Qualifications
Completion of a four-year certified apprenticeship program and a Journeyman Lineman Certificate are required. Must hold a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Must possess sound decision-making skills and excellent communication skills.
