Choose one of the following options:

Members must provide their name, phone number, account number, and service address to enter.

• Visit the Co-op Comes to You II and complete the Adult Entry Form or Child Entry Form.
• Call 800-241-2468 during the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Mail: PO Box 40, Oakdale, WI 54649.
• Drop off the completed entry form at the co-op administrative building, 489 N. Oakwood St, Tomah, 54660, or place in the 24 – hour secure drop box.

Adult Prize Basket: 

ONE entry per member number.  
Employees, directors, as well as immediate family of Oakdale Electric Cooperative are not eligible.

Youth Prize Basket:

ONE entry per child.
Child must be under 18 years of age to be eligible. Parent(s)/guardian(s) of child(ren) entered must be an active member of Oakdale Electric Cooperative and must submit the child entry form.

The Co-op Comes to You II contest begins September 15, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on October 22, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. Names will be randomly drawn on October 22 at 9 a.m., and those winning members will be notified by phone that same day. Bushel baskets will be delivered to service addresses only October 25 – October 29, between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.  If available, a picture will be taken of each winner. By entering the contest, member agrees to the rules and details.
